How to place an Order:
COD Customer - The Customer service will contact you to confirm your order.
Receipt code - You will receive a paper receipt from the courier. *Please note that the paper receipt is only proof that you paid your parcel and there is no valid codes in the paper receipt. Once receive and paid the courier please contact us immediately to process your code and you will receive it in your provided email. This option usually takes 2 to 4 working days depending on the area.

*For non-prepaid customers: Please pay the additional shipping charges - amount 10 Dhs. to the courier.
Just in case If your area is covered within our radius - You will get the code immediately using our POS system delivered by our driver. No need to contact customer service as the code is ready to redeem in your receipt code.
All PREPAID Customer (Digital Codes): Once the order has been placed, our team will process your order. The E-code will be sent via Email or Whatsapp depending on your request. Digital orders are normally delivered within the hour to the email address you have entered. However, in some instances, additional processing time may be required. (This option is ordered by prepaid payment and without delivery charges.).
