Receipt code - You will receive a paper receipt from the courier. *Please note that the paper receipt is only proof that you paid your parcel and there is no valid codes in the paper receipt. Once receive and paid the courier please contact us immediately to process your code and you will receive it in your provided email. This option usually takes 2 to 4 working days depending on the area.

All PREPAID Customer (Digital Codes): Once the order has been placed, our team will process your order. The E-code will be sent via Email or Whatsapp depending on your request. Digital orders are normally delivered within the hour to the email address you have entered. However, in some instances, additional processing time may be required.
