1. Redemption and Limitations Gift cards may be redeemed on SHEIN to purchase products and services.
2. Gift Card Redemption
You may enter the gift card number and PIN number when you are checking out. The amount will be deducted from the gift card. If the payable balance is more than the balance on the gift card, you may select other payment methods to pay for the remaining amount.
3. View Balance
You may check your gift card balance in your SHEIN account.
The balance in your gift card may be used on SHEIN to purchase products and services.
The gift card balance cannot be withdrawn for cash.
4. Validity Period and Refund
The validity period for gift cards is one year after purchase. Once a gift card has been redeemed, it cannot be returned.
If an order is paid by a gift card and a refund was requested, the portion paid by the gift card will be returned to the gift card.
5. Gift Card Lost or Stolen
SHEIN is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized gift cards.
